Allow Me To Introduce Myself

Hi, I'm Dustin Brand. I'm a creative leader, designer, and problem solver with 10+ years of experience turning ideas into brands, products, packaging, campaigns, and experiences.

I've always loved figuring out how things work and finding ways to make them better. That curiosity has taken my career well beyond traditional graphic design and into brand development, retail packaging, product design, 3D visualization and prototyping, photography, video, marketing, and creative leadership. I've had the opportunity to work with businesses, churches, nonprofits, agencies, outdoor brands, and major retailers, creating work designed to do more than just look good. It needs to solve a problem, communicate clearly, and connect with people.

Today, I work as a Senior Creative Manager, where I get to do a little bit of everything I love: lead and mentor designers, develop creative strategy, collaborate with teams and partners, and still stay hands-on with the work. I've helped take products from an idea or rough sketch all the way through development, packaging, production, and ultimately onto shelves at major retailers across the country.

Outside of design, the things that matter most to me are my faith and my family. I'm a follower of Jesus, a husband, and a proud dad of two. Those parts of my life have shaped how I approach creativity and leadership, especially the importance I place on people, relationships, and creating work with purpose.

I love a good creative challenge, learning something new, and taking an idea that doesn't quite exist yet and figuring out how to make it real.
